Thank you for choosing our burnt Basque cheesecake! Here is our shipping policy for local deliveries within a 50-mile radius of Miami, FL:

Local Delivery:

• Currently, we ONLY offer Local Deliveries up to fifty (50) miles radius from Miami, FL.
• We use our own delivery service for local deliveries to ensure the quality and freshness of your Burnt Basque Cheesecake.
• Local deliveries are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, excluding holidays.

Delivery Timeframe:

• For whole Burnt Basque Cheesecakes, please allow 48 hours from the time of your order for delivery.
• We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery time requests, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
• The "Sampler Trio" will be delivered once a week, every Friday from 5pm to 10pm.

Delivery Fees:

• Delivery fees for local deliveries vary based on distance from our kitchen in Miami, FL.
• Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout and will be added to the total cost of your order.

Delivery Requirements:

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
• We are not responsible for any deliveries that cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery information.
• If the delivery cannot be completed, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery fees to reschedule the delivery.
