Refund policy
The Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy of Camila's Patisserie LLC, a provider of amazing cheesecakes, is hereby outlined for the benefit of our valued customers. Before utilizing the services of Camila's Patisserie LLC, it is important to carefully review and understand the terms of this policy. Our primary objective is to deliver high-quality services and products to our customers to provide an excellent overall experience. If a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, the terms of this policy outline the process for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Camila's Patisserie LLC commits to taking all necessary steps to ensure that our customers receive the highest value and satisfaction from our cake products.
Refund Policy
It is the policy of Camila's Patisserie LLC to not offer refunds for the sale of our products as they are perishable and final. We take great care to process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery, unless circumstances beyond our control arise. However, in the event that a customer receives a materially identical and similar product as described and reviewed, and yet is not satisfied, the company generally will NOT issue a refund in circumstances such as:
- The customer no longer needs the product after receiving and using it
- The customer changes their mind without reason
- The customer purchases the item by mistake
- The product did not meet the customer's desires and expectations
However, Camila's Patisserie LLC will offer an exchange for products that are delivered damaged. If a customer is not satisfied with any of our products that they have ordered and received, they may return the product for exchange for another product of the same value. The exchange conditions are stated below.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged cheesecake determined to be the result of a defect from Camila's Patisserie LLC, we will accept the item for an exchange of the same value, quality, and description. To initiate the exchange process, kindly notify us immediately via email at sales@camilaspatisserie.com, along with an image of the damaged cake. The exchange must be requested within 5 days of the delivery date. We will begin processing the exchange as soon as the item is received. Note that the item must be returned to us as soon as possible for inspection before a return request can be approved.

Shipping for Exchange
Camila's Patisserie LLC will not be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange process. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping for the exchange. Any fees incurred during the shipping exchange process will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Exchange for Greater Value
Items In the event that a customer wishes to exchange an item for one of greater value, Camila's Patisserie LLC will accommodate such request, provided that the customer covers any additional cost associated with the exchange. Any item being exchanged must be of equal or lesser value, unless the customer is willing to cover the difference in cost for an item of greater value. The affected item will be exchanged with another item of the same or lesser value.

It is within the right of Camila's Patisserie LLC to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject orders, refunds, and exchanges from customers at any time due to potential fraudulent or criminal activity, site malfunctions, or an irregular or excessive exchange history regarding damages, missing items, etc. Additionally, Camila's Patisserie LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any customer, whether an individual or entity, in regards to similar actions noted above. Please be advised that perishable goods such as cheesecakes and jams should be refrigerated until usage, if not ready to consume immediately upon receipt.
